“Mine is not working and I can’t find the serial number as it is stuck in a recline position. Where would the serial number be located? They refuse to send any one to look at it without a serial number which I can’t find.”

• The serial number should be on the back edge of the right side (looking at it from the back) right below where it swivels to recline.
