Our delivery team would not take ours up or down any flights of stairs. They delivered just inside the front door. I am fairly certain that the delivery email we got said they would do up to 2 flights of stairs, but that was not the case. They did take the big box it came in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.WARNING: The delivery is the worst part of this process. The delivery "team" got the huge, heavy box in the door and then left. They said that they do NOT unbox the chair and take the box with them. It's a HUGE box....difficult to manuver and handle by yourself. On the bright side, the chair is awesome.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just found the answer to my own question.....delivery came today. Brought it inside the foyer and left. They wouldn't take it upstairs or unbox or anything. They told me they weren't allowed to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know they will take it outta the box and I believe they will place it anywhere in the house that you want it which would make sense as they deliver to apartment complex which are multiple floors. The only thing they said that the delivery people would not do is hook up the chair. They place the chair in my room but I had to plug it into the outlet on the wall and attach the cable for the remote to the chair which is located next to the 120 volt plug. It has alignment pens so you can't install it incorrectly then you just screw it in all the way and start enjoying your chair!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The delivery company barely wanted to put the box inside my house. They did not, would not unbox it and I doubt that they would have taken it to the second floor. The delivery was the worst part of the whole experience. The chair itself is very nice, works well for the money.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the delivery team can take it up to 3 flights of stairs. they may required 4 men to come out for the job but it is an option that would have to be notated and requested at the time of purchase
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So the answer is no they won't deliver up or down stairs, UNLESS you pay for install. At the time you setup delivery AND install, you must specify that they will be taking it up or down stairs. It's a scheduling issue that they are only allowed a certain amount of time at each house. Just be very specific what you want when purchasing anything that is to be delivered.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My Insignia Zero Gravity massage chair was just delivered two days ago. The delivery guys wanted to leave it in the garage but I asked them if they would take it to my bedroom on our second floor. They were hesitant, but agreed. They did a fabulous job and this chair comes in a BIG box!! They were very careful not to hit the walls, etc. The guys were super nice and polite and I did tip them for their work. Great service!!!!!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your Service Agreement. Ours said up to three flights of stairs. Guy refused. Claimed it was first floor only. Left before I could even get it pulled up. Be prepared for garbage service.
