If the remote breaks there is no replacement remote available. The part number for the remote should be P-310100646-8... NO LONGER AVAILABLE. RUN away.

Please try again later.We have the same problem, the air pump squishing the calf and arm not working, I just bought it more than a year, so I have no more warranty, called insignia they don’t have technicians and also Best Buy no technicians too. With regards to that insignia products massage chair don’t waste your money be aware after the warranty they don’t care any more, as if the product they are selling is disposable with more than a thousand price tag.

Don’t expect any help from Insignia, maker of defective products— or Best Buy— even if you pay the $200 rip-off they call “Total Tech.” This chair is junk but Best Buy’s gonna keep yer money. never been treated anything like this by any company, ever. I’m extremely laid back but I don’t want anymore good people throwing away their hard earned money on this 200 lb paperweight.
