The packaging dimensions are 66.5 inches in length, 30.3 inches in width, and 39.8 inches in height. Given that the chair’s width is 29.5 inches, it might be a tight fit through a 28-inch doorway even when taken apart. You might need to tilt or maneuver it carefully to get it through. QuestionI have this chair and it is out of warranty. The air pump needs to be replaced, replacing the pump is easy. Finding the pump is not, where can I find a replacement pump ?

QuestionBlack chair specs r kneading and shiatsu, but the brown option specs say it does kneading, rapid percussion and shiatsu. Did someone just not add rapid percussion to the specs on the black chair, or does the black chair really not come with it?

QuestionWhat is the longevity for this item

- Answer Just passed the return window of 14 days. You may get a month or two out of it. No help with issues. No warranty without taking the chair to the store (I bought mine 50 miles away) and it had to be in the original box which is huge and had a wooden bottom. Due to the size we didn’t keep it after the return window was ended. Then less than another week passed when the airbags quit. No error codes. No help from the tech support. No reset features. Found out many parts and remote is obsolete I don’t need them but many many users do after a few months. Look elsewhere. Do your research. Don’t buy this

QuestionWhat is the difference between 2D and 3D Zero Gravity Full Body Massage Chair? The website description has nothing mentioned.

- Answer 2D indicates the messaging nubs move up/down and side to side. 3D adds in extra depth by moving more deeply “out” into the body. Generally, other than cost, you should consider 2D if you prefer a lighter message or 3D if want something that can get deeper tissue.

QuestionI have to put constant pressure on the leg part to keep it extended. Is this how is supposed to work or is mine defective. It is uncomfortable to have to keep pushing the legs out to keep it in place.
