- Answer They raised the regular price from $1499 to $2499 a few months ago, apparently. The black with silver trim ts "half-off" for black friday now, so its listed on the website at $1249. the brown one is still the "normal" price of $2499.

- Answer I found it to uncomfortable - even when getting the massage. I certainly would not be able to fall to sleep in it. When working it is noisy - I mean all sorts of noises and clanks and things going bump. Then there is the release of the air bags - woosh and more noise. Then when not working it is not well padded and not comfortable - hard spots and constrained. This is not a reclining lounger to relax in. Also it is huge.

- Answer Just passed the return window of 14 days. You may get a month or two out of it. No help with issues. No warranty without taking the chair to the store (I bought mine 50 miles away) and it had to be in the original box which is huge and had a wooden bottom. Due to the size we didn’t keep it after the return window was ended. Then less than another week passed when the airbags quit. No error codes. No help from the tech support. No reset features. Found out many parts and remote is obsolete I don’t need them but many many users do after a few months. Look elsewhere. Do your research. Don’t buy this

QuestionWhat is the difference between 2D and 3D Zero Gravity Full Body Massage Chair? The website description has nothing mentioned.

- Answer 2D indicates the messaging nubs move up/down and side to side. 3D adds in extra depth by moving more deeply “out” into the body. Generally, other than cost, you should consider 2D if you prefer a lighter message or 3D if want something that can get deeper tissue.

QuestionI have to put constant pressure on the leg part to keep it extended. Is this how is supposed to work or is mine defective. It is uncomfortable to have to keep pushing the legs out to keep it in place.

- Answer It has an Air System that you put your arms in and it compresses them as well as your shoulders. There are 3 intensity levels. They work very well.
