Press Fixed Point one or more times to adjust the vertical hand motion. You have five hand motions to choose from. When the massage stops, the hands should move back to the default positions. For product support, please visit https://www.insigniaproducts.com/email-us

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure if you mean the wired controller, which would go in the hanging bag just off the right arm, or if you meant stuffing your arms in the massage area located just under the tops of each side of your massage chair.
