This has one setting for the fridge located within the fridge. You turn it up to engage the freezer temp and then turn back down again once the freeer reaches the desired temp. Freezes my ice cream hard as a rock without freezing the cans of pop inside my fridge. i have put meat in freezer and fridge and had no problems. Both get good and cold! Love my little fridge!

The temperature range for the fridge is 33.8°F to 50°F (1°C ~ 10°C) and for the freezer is 10°F to -7°F (-12°C~-22°C). The fridge is suitable for keeping meats for a short time.
