“Hello I;m looking to buy a small freezer. The only place I have to install is next to a basement chimney. Is that safe for freezer operation?”

• Instructions say to store the creeer away from heat sources such as direct sunlight, stoves, heaters or radiators. If he chiminey is in use I would not recommend placing it near there. Also do not use an extension cord if that’s your next thought. It has to be in a plug that is mounted in the wall.
