- Answer This freezer doesn’t come with wheels. I don’t know if you can adjust for height or not. I don’t have the need to adjust it so I never found out.

QuestionDoes a 22" x 22" drip pan suppose to fit the bottom of a 3.5cu ft chest freezer ? I purchased the Insignia brand one, but this 22"x22" drip pan seems to be not wide enough. Is there a larger sized drip pan for this size chest freezer ?

- Answer I wouldn’t put it in a drip pan as that could cause moister and may cause the unit not to function properly. Could get a pan no deeper than a pie pan but loner for draining purposes while defrosting.

- Answer Like for a boat or RV? I'm sure you could find a way to hook it up but I don't see it being better than the purpose built mobile freezers or a good, high quality cooler.

QuestionInstalled freezer on new hardwood floor. Put two 1/2" soft mats, each 6" wide, under both sides to keep the large metal structure (the right side legs) off the wood. Will this cut off too much circulation underneath? There's a 9" channel between the mats.

- Answer Place your freezer on a floor that is strong enough to support your freezer when it is fully loaded. Do not install your freezer on carpeting or a rug.

- Answer Insignia, but the real manufacturer is likely Midea. I confirmed Midea manufactures the 5, 7, and 10.2 cu ft models, but can't confirm it for the 3.5 cu ft model. - Answer Hi! Your chest freezer is designed to operate in a temperature range of 55°F (13°C) and 109°F (43°C). If you set your chest freezer in a hot environment, it is probable that the compressor will need to turn on more often to be able to maintain the lowest temperature. - Answer I'm really not sure, but if you just want it frozen, the booklet states that the more full the freezer is, the higher you may have to set it at; however, it should sustain food just fine at the MID setting.
