Is this GB or TB? null

This is an empty case to put a bare hard drive into. The physical size of the drive matters (it must fit correctly). The memory size is determined by the drive you insert.

You have to put your own hard drive into it, It’s a enclosure so the size is up to you it’s what you put into it.

Neither, there is no drive contained in the enclosure out of the box. You would have to purchase whatever sized drive you want to install in this enclosure.

You have to put your own hard drive into it, It’s a enclosure so the size is up to you it’s what you put into it.
I would recommend:
- WD - 1TB Internal Hard Drive (NAS)
