• The storage of the enclosure is only based on the size of the HD you put in it - I have used it for 50GB to 8000GB.

• The is just an enclosure for your existing 3.5" hard drive. There is no storage or RAM on board.

• None, it is a hard drive enclosure, so it is just an empty box until you put a hard drive of your choosing within it. RAM is not applicable to this device either.
