There used to be a way in the Best Buy app that you could see if there is an open box item that you want and you just push in the price and it tells You if there is an open box item and how much it is but I don’t see that is being an option available anymore. I just now you gotta go in Person and see what they have in the clearance sections of the store and even then the the prices that they have listed on those items when you go to Ring out or check out in person, they don’t come up on the register as the price that they’re advertised for and then they don’t even have anybody working. They can correct it and fix the Price. So I’m not even sure what that’s all about. But very disappointing.
