Hello, thank you for your question. This Insignia™ 3.7 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top-Loading Washer allows wash and rinse temperatures to be controlled by the selected cycle settings. A hot wash setting does not necessarily mean the rinse cycle will automatically use hot water. The rinse temperature depends on the cycle and temperature options selected. Sudeep | Insignia
