- Answer 1 year. If you get an extended 5year warranty, you get the 1 year plus 4 more years of coverage. The sales person also said that under the extended warranty if the washer can't be fixed after 3 (?) tries, that they will replace it. Other shorter extended warranty lengths are also offered

If detergent or fabric softener is running straight through the dispenser on the Insignia NS‑TWM35W1, it usually means it’s being added before the washer begins filling. This model dispenses those products during the wash cycle, so adding them too early can cause them to drain out immediately. QuestionIs anyone else having a severe cold water leak issue? My washer is turned off & my cold water is also turned off at the wall. My washer just leaks constantly into the tub, within 48 hours, I have to drain my washing machine because the tub is full.

- Answer Yes, the lid does lock and I don’t know if any washing machine that has a lid that doesn’t lock because that is not allowed. As far as I know, and any machine that doesn’t have a lock lid, mechanism, is broken because it’s all they’re all supposed to lock when in cycle
