Don't know if Insignia will read this. Based on the answer they just gave this person, they need to redo some manuals. My too-short manual reads as if you should remove your exhaust hose. (NOT DRAIN HOSE people! I hook up a drain hose when using dry mode.) I've never been told to remove an exhaust host before which would expel the hot air into same room you are trying to cool and dehumidify.
