Most definitely, at 24V it provides 2 amps which is roughly 2000ma. further more it provides power at these levels 3v at 3 amps 4.5v at 3 amps 5v at 3 amps 6v at 3 amps 7.5v at 3 amps 9v at 3 amps 12v at 3 amps 13.5v at 3 amps 15v at 3 amps 19.5v at 2 amps 24v at 2 amps
