    • Answer Before you plug it in select the voltage using the dial on the back then plug in. When plugged in the display on the front of the plug will light up the voltage that you selected showing that its on and powering your device

    • Answer This adapter supports up to 3A and you can toggle it to 15v. It's more so an issue if your device draws more current the the adapter can support, which that doesn't sound to be the case.
