QuestionWhen I plug in the adapter with 12V selected, the light on the front is solid with a blue light. When plugging in the device the light starts blinking and it does not power the devise. The devise is a Western Digital My Cloud Home.

QuestionGoing to purchase this adapter because it's exactly what I need, is 24V & it's ard to find a 24V UNIVERSAL adapter but I need RIGHT ANGLE PINS & this comes w/ 7 straight pins. Looked online for hours can't find right angle pins that are compatible.

- Answer Yes, it did work. It does not draw power from the USB so a power adapter is required. The largest adapter end fit and I was able to print labels successfully.
