QuestionIs PCM available on this TV? I just bought this TV AND the Insignia - RF Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones. Can't get the headphones to work using a digital audio cable. The same headphones work on a Samsung TV but only when the TV's sound is set to PCM.

- Answer Yes, try this go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio Output > Digital Audio Format and change it to PCM.

- Answer You can use Voice commands to control some features on the TV. You need to use the included Fire TV Edition remote to control the TV. Also you can download the Amazon Fire TV app on your smartphone to control the TV over WiFi. For hands free control you can link an Echo device using the Alexa app on your smartphone.

QuestionI'd set up my TV and tried to download Tubi, which is a free channel, and it's telling me that I can't because I don't have a credit card associated with my Amazon account. I'm hoping I don't have to provide one for free channels !

- Answer An Amazon Account with a valid payment method is required to download apps. The Fire TV Edition experience doesn't have a fee, most apps are $0.00 and Tubi TV is free to stream.

- Answer Please contact your cable provider for assistance. If the TV is showing you the channel, it means that the TV is working. The TV remote cannot control cable boxes.
