• Press the menu button on the remote that came with the TV (If you have cable or satellite, don't use their remote). Use the arrow keys on the center of the remote and scroll down to ADVANCED SETTINGS and then press enter. Scroll to ASPECT RATIO and press enter and then scroll to the picture size you want. The choices are normal, zoom, wide (which is used for most viewing), cinema, etc. Cinema will give you a full picture, but some channel choices will view off the screen. After you've made your choice, press enter and then exit and you're all set. If you're not happy with the setting you chose, just repeat the steps above.
