No. There are relatively few devices that use those now. Time Warner lists these brands: TiVo, Ceton, Silicon Dust, Samsung. Of those, I believe Samsung is the only one that possibly is a TV. If you have Spectrum, you can use a Roku with the Spectrum app to as your tuner. Or get a Roku TV. But I favor buying a nonsmart TV such as this one and a separate Roku, since they seem to be releasing faster Rokus each year, with more features.
