“We are having audio issues when watching a dvd. The volume is very low. When we turn it up the volume stays the same. We have tested the DVD player on other TVs and it works fine on our other TVs so the problem lies with this one. Any ideas to fix this?”

Have the same problem. Obviously it's a problem with this brand. If you have Geek Squad, have them to fix it. I did not get extended warranty.
