YOU HAVE TO TURN OFF THE SCREEN TO THE LAPTOP -IF YOU GO IN TO SETTING AND THEN SCREEN YOU WILL SEE IT SAYS 1, 2 -JUST CLICK ON THE 2 AND IT WILL ONLY SHOW PICTURE ON THE TV AND NOT THE LAPTOP AND THEN IT WILL BE CRYSTAL CLEAR
