“Insignia NS-32DF310NA19 32-inch 720p HD Smart LED TV- Fire TV Edition trying to figure out how to make all screens full?? Turn on TV, full screen. Change channel, smaller screen. Tried settings for picture, display settings, nothing works?? Not happy”

Have the same problem. Seems to be a common issue but all of the suggestions don't work. Menus on the net don't match the ones on my tv. Even this page has no response.!!!
