• Yes it does. It will not be on HD though. Not because of the TV. You will probably need a cable box to play HD channels. But at this resolution and for little ones, it shouldn't matter.

• Yes. This TV has two HDMI ports, the AV ports (red/yellow/white), and a coax cable hookup. Whichever you use to hook up your existing TV(s) should work with this one too.
