A:AnswerThe tv we purchased seems to be working fine. My 87 year old mother is very hard of hearing and she says she can hear this one just fine. Perhaps yours has a defect. Did you get the extended warranty? How’s f not I believe it has a one year one from BestBuy. Cal their repairs dept!
A:AnswerAs a computer monitor, it's a 1360 x 768 resolution @ 60Hz. Consoles only see it at 720p, so you'll be getting a better picture with it as a computer monitor.
A:AnswerI have been using one as a dual monitor for my laptop; having it matched with an old AOC 24" tv. I purchased another one of these last month to replace the 24" tv I had been using, and am logged in today to purchase my 3rd one to set up as 3rd monitor. I absolutely love them! They're very clear and the size helps when you're reading tiny print.
A:AnswerThis is not a smart TV, so Yes... If you want to stream video and not use cable, then you will need Roku, an Amazon Fire Stick, or some other type of wifi-enabled streaming device.
A:AnswerHi! I understand that you would like to connect your VHS player to the TV and this connection depends on the available cables and jacks on bot devices. So please contact us on the link below so that we can gather more information about the setup that you want to make.
