• A:Answer The tv we purchased seems to be working fine. My 87 year old mother is very hard of hearing and she says she can hear this one just fine. Perhaps yours has a defect. Did you get the extended warranty? How’s f not I believe it has a one year one from BestBuy. Cal their repairs dept!

• A:Answer As a computer monitor, it's a 1360 x 768 resolution @ 60Hz. Consoles only see it at 720p, so you'll be getting a better picture with it as a computer monitor.

Q: QuestionCan this TV be used as a monitor? My laptop only has a Intel i5 at 1.7hz processor/64bit with an Intel UHD Graphics 620card. I'm not looking to run gaming or video edits, just need a larger screen for viewing PDFs.

I purchased another one of these last month to replace the 24" tv I had been using, and am logged in today to purchase my 3rd one to set up as 3rd monitor. I absolutely love them! They're very clear and the size helps when you're reading tiny print.

• A:Answer I can't tell you why it is like this but I can tell you what worked for me. If you click on ASPECT button on remote (just below the MUTE button) and keep clicking it until you get the size picture you want. Hope it works for you too.
