A:Answer It works very well at my home along the coast in the PNW. I have one in my garage which is kept around 55-60 degrees in the winter and the dehumidifier is plumbed to a drain and removes large quantities of moisture. It drops the humidity from 75-80% to 45-50%. Inside my home, I have one in a more robustly heated space, 68-72 degrees and although it removes less moisture, it maintains the humidity to 45%.
