“the bolts used in the window slide stick out too much, this causes a ~0.25 inch gap between the window and the slide where air will leak out/in has anyone experienced this issue / fixed it? any help is appreciated, thanks!”

• Cardboard and duct tape my friend. You could even keep it simple and layer up the duct tape over the seam and make sure it’s sealed on the edges properly.
