Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are universal hoses and adapters on Amazon that work fine. 6” diameter. I’m fact i preferred the window attachment I got on Amazon better, so am using it instead of the one that came with it.

My AC came without the slider piece that fits in the window that the hose attaches to so I called expecting it would be no problem to get a replacement (since the part is supposed to come with it). Imagine my surprise when I was told they not only don't stock them, but if I tried to order the piece from the manufacturer they would just refer me back to Best Buy, who, of course, doesn't carry them. I was told my ONLY option is to exchange the item or return it. I can't exchange it because I bought it as an "Open Box - Excellent" product so I actually would have to return it and then pay about $70 more to get a new one. Absolutely BULLCRAP! I will be returning it since it's worthless, but I'll also never shop at Best Buy again. AND I would advise anyone considering buying an open box purchase from Best Buy to assume the reason it's open box is because there are parts missing. I wonder if the reason the part is missing is because someone else had this happen, bought a 2nd brand new one and then took the part out and returned the product.
