Hi Eric, • Make sure that the storm window’s drain holes or slots are not caulked or painted shut. Accumulated rain water or condensation must be able to drain out. • Attach a piece of wood across the entire window sill with nails or screws to correctly angle your air conditioner. Your air conditioner should be tilted back about 3-4° downward toward the outside. After proper installation, condensate should not drain from the overflow drain hole during normal use. If it does, adjust the angle of your air conditioner. • You must secure the support bracket to the added wood piece using the provided 1” type A screws.
