“This TV does not seem to pick up digital channels. I have it plugged directly to the coaxial (no cable box) just like all the other TV's in my house. When I search channels it only picks up the analog ones. What is going on?”

Go to "Settings" then go to "Live TV" click "Channel Scan" then press "Advanced Options" & you should see "Digital Only". Hope this helps!
