“When I first set up this TV 4 or 5 months ago, I set the Power On setting to Last Input. This worked until a couple days ago, now it always comes up on Home screen. I've unplugged the TV, toggled the Power On setting, no luck. This setting seems broken.”

• I spoke with Insignia customer support as suggested in previous answer, they confirmed that the Last Input setting is not working after a very recent software update, and advised that a new update that corrects this problem should be released fairly soon, perhaps in a week or so.
