“Alexa works when I ask her to play music,and lower the volume,but I can't get it to change channels.I have a Fire cube on another tv that changes the channels.Does anyone know if the Alexa remote on this TV can change the channels.”

• She changes the channel fine for me. She’ll change it by channel number or by network. She’ll alao switch to whichever input you request (I.e. hdmi 1, etc). It’s super convenient. Sorry it’s not working for you:/
