“Button ON the TV turns it on and off, but cannot acquire the Home screen using the button . Fixed by Insignia agent last week, but broke again. Remote will turn it on and off, but will not access Home screen to select input. Batteries are good.”

• If you are not connected to the internet I found it will not work. Also if your Amazon Prime log-on has changed some features will not work until you update the TV with the new password.
