“During initial setup, the TV is stuck on the "select a language" page with English selected; it does not respond to any inputs from the remote except it will power off and back on again. On power up, that same page appears. What should I do?”

Try to Factory Reset the Voice Remote, press and hold the DPAD-left, back and menu buttons for at least 10 seconds. Then Restart the TV, press the Home button for 1 minute to pair the remote to the TV.
