Have new NS-39DF310NA21 and I erred in downloaded many channels which I wish to delete, actually delete them all and start over being selective. Connected via traditional cable (no box). I am unable to find how that is done. THank You null

Go to the settings on the TV and hit applications. It'll then allow you to remove or delete them. You can also do it via Amazon.

Try a Factory Reset, go Home > Settings > Device & Software > Reset to Factory Defaults.
