I do not have this issue with this tv. However, on another tv I did. All I had to do was unplug the tv for about 60 seconds to let the innerds re-set and plug it back in. Maybe this will help you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It shouldn't be doing that... I would return it to the store asap before receipt return time expires. My son's girlfriend didn't have any problems at all with the one we bought her as a gift. So it's definitely a problem with yours.
