A:Answer720 is number of picture dots per unit of area. The more dots the finer and sharper the picture. The farther from the tv you are when you view it the less important that is. 720 is a pretty good picture. A lot better than the old non-digital TVs of a few years ago

Some of these are bought by customers and brought back without the packaging or they could have been used as Store demos. Either way this means that the Tv has been used, or what BestBuy considers "used". ( if you take a tv out the box and never plug it in ,BestBuy will still consider that " used")

Additionally , I only paid $71 for the tv as open box; it’s being used in a AIRBNB bedroom with spectrum cable service. I’m not well versed on HULU NETFLIX and the other services but trying to learn more before my next purchase of a 65’ for the family room.
