• There are rollers on the back of the leg holder that massage the back of your calf.

• Air massage in calf area. You can adjust the air squeeze pressure up or down to your liking. The air bags do move side to side so it's more than just the squeeze. It's very nice. I tried many of these chairs all at higher prices and none that I tried had rollers in the calf area.
