• There is a program for stretch which I like. It uses air pressure to hold legs and moving body. I am learning as I go. I find stretch program refreshing for me but it wasn’t like I was expecting (on a table in a horror movie with arms chained and pulled)

• yes it does have multiple stretch programs including "body stretch", "back stretch", "air stretch". Check out the manual for all the programmed massages.
