“I just got an Insignia 2d and it sometime squeezes my legs too hard and massages my lower back way too hard. Is there anyway to adjust the rollers of the 2D?”

We have the 3D but its probably very similar as far as settings. There is a control dial on the right arm of the chair that adjusts the intensity of the massage. Clockwise for stronger intensity and counter clockwise to lower intensity.
