“I have been having issues with me mine. It will turn on and immediately power down after starting the cycle. Also, I noticed that only one shoulder pocket is working... Anyone else has issues with this?”

Based on several weeks of daily use, I would not describe those siuations as normal behavior for this chair.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine has been working just fine since I received it. It looks like you may have to contact Insignia as it doesn't sound like something we can fix on our own without the know-how and tools.
