- Answer No it does not. Just use washing machine soap specifically to keep your machine smelling fresh and bacteria free, plus after every wash keep the lid UP to let air dry naturally.

- Answer The water supply hose connected to the hot faucet must be connected to the hot water supply intake. Select the Heavy Duty cycle and press Temp to select the Hot temperature. *The rinse water temperature is always cold.

- Answer I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BRAND NEW THEN IT STOPPED MY THOERY MAY FLUFF THEM OUT THEN CAME THE WATER AND THE CLOSE FELL INTO PLACE THROUGHT OUT THE WASH.

QuestionIn temperature settings, what is the difference between "Cold" and "Tap Cold"? Also, for the "Hot" setting, does the washer itself heat up the incoming 'Hot' water (i.e., like a dishwasher does)? Thx!!

- Answer No the clothes washer does not heat up the water for use, hence you have hot and cold lines coming into it.
