“Fridge is only about 2 weeks old and I’m having trouble getting the refrigerator part to get cold. Currently have it at 7 and my water barely feels chilled. Any ideas? Could it be defective? The freezer section works great, just not the fridge.”

Sounds like a defect. Call the Manufacturer or if you purchased a separate warrantee call them.
