- Answer This fridge can be used everyday. It doesn’t freeze food in the fridge part. The inside dimensions are: for fridge14.92*15.16*22.48 inch and for freezer 14.02*12.60*13.46 inch.

QuestionWe’ve had this refrigerator for about a month. Having an issue with ice forming inside on the back wall of the refrigerator section. Continually freezes then thaws again but water never evaporates. Anybody else having this issue? We keep it at level 4.

QuestionOthers have mentioned that this refrigerator is quiet. After purchasing one, I've found that whenever the compressor is running, a very high pitched, loud ringing sound is constantly emitted. Is this normal for this unit, or a defect?

- Answer My unit does not make the sounds you're describing, and I would notice if it did because I sit nearby the fridge unit when I'm online or reading. I would suggest that your unit is defective and return it if it is still under warranty.

QuestionI just got my fridge today. On the inside of the fridge there is hole on the back wall with a plastic hoop with about a 2 inch straight thing with a diamond shape at the end of it. You can pull it out. Anyone know what this is?
