“I just purchased an Insignia washing machine, it does not seem to agitate (swish) the clothes around well. It seems like its barely doing its job. It this normal for this brand of washer”

• It definitely functions differently than washers you might have before but you can over ride the features you don’t want to use and make it more a manual washer I really appreciate the pre soak and extra rinse function. The function I over ride the most is the water level I like to pick my own water level .
