- Answer That small hole that is up in the freezer door is to change the opening from left to right or from right to left if necessary.

QuestionWhat are the dimensions of it inside the box? I ordered it for store pick up but need to know if it'll fit in my car. The trunk and backseat are generous so I didn't think much of it before but now I'm not so sure.

- Answer Unfortunately I didn't measure the box but can tell you it fit in a Mazda SUV with the rear seats folded down. I know that's not a perfect answer but hopefully it gives some idea.

- Answer On inside back wall? It does not have auto defrost so after a couple months need to manually defrost (take everything out and unplug for about 2 days make sure you do it will water dont make a mess)

- Answer I had the same problem. Thought the compressor went out. It didn't, I did not turn it off (0) on dial before I unplugged it. You need to do that, unplug it and then wait a day. Plug it back in and turn on the dial to the degree of cold you would like. If this doesn't work, contact Best Buy and they will work something out for you.

- Answer The optimal temps for this fridge to run well/with no issues is the 50-85F in the manual. The fridge will still work between 10-100F, but it will struggle and use a lot more electricity to maintain internal temperatures.
