• I read the user manual, and the thermostat can be calibrated plus or minus 35 degrees to insure correct baking temperatures.

• The wattage for each of the cooktop elements: Left Front 3000W, Left Rear 1200W, Warming center 100W, Right Rear 1200 W and Right Front 3000W. The Bake function lets you program the oven to bake to any temperature between 150 °F (66 °C) and 550 °F (288 °C).
