Are these expandable? null

They aren't, I was hoping that they could be expanded but they're just a single light strip but they make longer ones I think 16 feet is the longest I've seen

Not in terms of adding extra LED's to the end. The length you get is the length you get - 4'. To add another 4', you'd need to buy another unit, and use a second USB port.

It does stretch like when you are applying weatherstripping. When you are sticking it to something you can stretch it quite a bit.
