• This provides LAN ETHERNET to a device. Limitations will be with device. If you are trying to get internet to your TV or cast your screen go with a wifi or MIRACAST dongle. They are made for that.

• It probably would if you have the one with the HDMI output.. I am using it for a monitor hookup without HDMI output and it works fine.
