How does this product work in a semi truck null

This would work great in a cab for a truck driver. It's small enough to store and as soon as you take off the pot it starts to cool off within seconds. So no fire hazard if you fell asleep with it on as it only works with the pan touching it. You would need an AC convertor for the plug or at least an AC plug to power it but they are pretty common.

I do not see any reason why it would not as long as you have a power inverter since it is 110vac .
